In a deep time of multiple transitions/challenges/burnout, exhaustion, etc. I was led to Suzanna's safe, sacred and healing space where through various modalities/
conversations/techniques she enabled me to be able to make a drastic pivot to clear unhealthy emotional/physical/
mental buildup/clutter and thought patterns that were negatively manifesting physically in my body and adding conflict/challenges in various ways in my life.

With her energetic support I was able to make a huge shift and gain major momentum to flip the switch and develop practical, powerful but easy-to-use tools in my life to tackle some tough negative ingrained beliefs, thought patterns, etc. to be able to truly pinpoint how to train, maintain and guide myself back to my authentic/best self, to let go and re-write the story, change my perspective, move beyond fear/
doubt and show up for myself in the best possible way, so others can be inspired to do the same. The positive results have now appeared in my relationships, family, career, etc. and are still manifesting.

Constant Pain, Tears & Emotional Healing

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
IBS – Irritable Bowel Syndrome. A disorder that many of us suffer from. Basically a digestive disorder that is never really solved so it becomes labelled IBS.
I have suffered with IBS for over 35 years, seeing many doctors and trying many different drugs to solve it, none with even minimal success. I have changed my diet, eliminated dairy products, cut out gluten and much more, never with any real success.
Recently I tried a session with a holistic healer (Suzanna). After only a single session, major changes happened in my body. Now, one more session and 10 days later (since the 1st one), I believe that I am cured. 35 years of suffering has come to an end!

Stroke
"I had a stroke in 2008 and I had to do a load of work to do words as good as it is right now. I had a lot of people to help me and Suzanna is one that put a lot of time and she also was good with me. She would help everyone who needs this for help. Suzanna is good and is doing that for me. Suzanna came to Calgary when I was the worst and she always worked for all of us. Every day the exercise that I do is also the work of Suzanna. (Note: After surgery failed to unclog his artery, he was left without speech, vision, no brain activity improvement, and some leg paralysis. Doctors wanted to put a “DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) Level 2” on him. His wife refused and called me. By 3 days later, his vision and speech began to recover (doctors considered it a medical miracle, then changed his prognosis to full recovery in a year), and within 2 weeks, he was walking up stairs in rehab, and was released only 2 months and 5 days after the stroke.)

Mckenna: born healthy at 6 lbs. 2 oz. on Jan. 6, 2011 after being diagnosed as a high-risk pregnancy and birth; She’s the first successful female birth for this mom after multiple miscarriages, losses and challenges. (Healing Touch provided at 22 weeks into pregnancy for both mom and fetus)
When I had Retinal Surgery in Calgary, a friend suggested that I try Healing Touch to assist my body with the healing process. I had several Healing Touch sessions in Calgary and I believe that they were helpful.
When I returned to Invermere I contacted Suzanna, HTCP, who is a certified Healing Touch Practitioner in this area and I began working with her. I have found Suzanna to be very professional and knowledgeable in this field.
Suzanna worked with me in our sessions using the Healing Touch techniques but she also taught me techniques that I could use on my own between our sessions. She also suggested a variety of reading materials that would give me a better understanding of the body’s energy system and ability to heal naturally.
While I was doing the Healing Touch sessions and techniques on a regular basis, I experienced positive results and also felt more energized. When I went away for a month and did not have access to a Healing Touch Practitioner to guide me, I was not as disciplined to work on the practice regularly. I experienced a set back at that time. I resumed working with Suzanna at a later date.
For anyone having a health issue of concern or a surgical procedure, I would recommend trying Healing Touch and discussing your concerns with Suzanna. Healing Touch can be used in conjunction with other Medical treatments.
I have found it to be a very effective way to deal with pain and promote healing. The techniques that I have learned continue to help me with daily issues in my life

Chemotherapy
I had the good fortune to access the healing hands of Suzanna early in 2010. I had just been diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer and was undergoing a very strong chemo treatment. I was incredibly ill with the first two chemos that I received. So much so that I spent at least four days in bed, unable to get up. After only one hands-on treatment with Suzanna, my third chemo was the complete opposite. I had absolutely no side effects whatsoever. Suzanna continued to work with me throughout my treatments, and I honestly believe that she made the world of difference. I cannot imagine what kind of shape I would have been in, if it were not for Suzanna.

Cancer
In May of 2011, I was diagnosed with stage three Ovarian cancer. The treatment program designed for me at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre involved chemotherapy, then surgery, followed by more chemotherapy, over a period of nine months. Initially, I was very ill following a chemotherapy treatment, experiencing nausea and severe abdominal pain.
My energy was almost non-existent. When I began my sessions with Suzanna I was personally able to control both the nausea and pain, requiring almost no medication following each chemotherapy treatment. My energy level improved, enabling me to take short walks and do some exercises to keep active. This made a huge difference in how my body could manage the intense program I was on.
Suzanna also provided reading material specific to the philosophy of Healing Touch and provided me with strategies to use between each of our healing sessions. Suzanna not only treated me, she became a partner in my healing process, both during and after my chemotherapy treatment program. It was through my contact with Suzanna that I became aware of the many ways that I could support my body, both physically and spiritually, through this difficult period of my life.
Today, I am in full remission, and am regaining my health and stamina. The philosophy and practices behind Healing Touch have been incorporated into my lifestyle. I have the positive outlook that I am providing my body and spirit with the best chance to full recovery...

Miracles
As a healer Suzanna is patient, professional and she performs miracles. I did not know anything about Healing Touch before Suzanna, and she patiently explained what her practice is all about. Reduced pain and full body, mind and spirit healing is what I have received from her incredible service. She goes beyond the traditional "call of duty," to not only offer treatment, but a plan for post-treatment care. Although I still see Suzanna for check-ups, I feel confident using the techniques she has shared for maintaining optimum health and vitality. For example, when I go into a stressful situation I use the colour therapy techniques she shared to abate the negative effects.

Physical Miracles
Vagina
My initial visits to Suzanna had an unlikely twist, a vaginal dryness that I had experienced during sexual intercourse for many years suddenly vanished and has never returned. Thought to be a hereditary ailment, I was always uncomfortable and unable to make love without applying lubrication, and even then I would still have uncomfortable sex. I didn't even share this issue with Suzanna, but she was able to resolve it regardless. This has helped immensely with my sex life and confidence in my relationship.
Knee
My right knee began to have an uncomfortable pain anytime I applied pressure (standing, walking, running, biking, even sleeping in some positions was hard) In one session Suzanna was able to release whatever tension I was holding and I have not had a knee problem since. Furthermore, she was able to connect my knee issues with a deeper issue, which we are still working to resolve.
Neck
After doing lots of airplane travel, and not taking care of myself the way I would like, I was having problems with full neck mobility. I could only sleep on one side (or on my back) and generally felt a strain when trying to fully rotate my head. In one session Suzanna was able to give me back full mobility in both sides of my neck! I still have full mobility, and this is simply amazing.
Blood Flow
I always have really cold hands and feet, partly because I have very low blood pressure. Suzanna taught me a technique to control my blood flow and get it to the places I want. I am still working to improve my technique, and am able to get the blood to flow to my hands when I focus!
General
Muscle testing with Suzanna has allowed me to connect in with what my body really desires and needs.
Using a Healing Touch technique provides me more energy/vitality in the times I need it most.

Emotional Miracles
Seen as a major surgery, abortion is tough on the body and mind. Because my abortion was a personal decision that I felt good about, I hadn't noticed the effect it had on my emotional and physical being. During one session on the table with Suzanna, she was working on helping me let go of whatever I was holding onto from the abortion. For the first time I actually felt a physical reaction to her Healing Touch, a sharp pinch in my uterus. I had an emotional release of crying, and went right to sleep after our session. I woke up the next morning lighter, and more positive than I had been in a while! I believe she was able to clear negative energies that I was unknowingly holding on to, and leave me much more peaceful.
In the wake of a bad break-up and entering into a new relationship, Suzanna listened to my past-pains and new fears, and was able to hold space for me and work to release the emotional stress I was feeling. She set me on a path for emotional healing and self-love, and I am so appreciative of her help.

Spiritual Miracles
Through Chakra balancing and listening to suggested music (a suggestion from Suzanna), I have been able to find a peace and acceptance of life that leaves me feeling full of light and love.
